How many weeks (and days of the week) do you recommend doing this work out?
Personally, I already have my routine, but I think this would be really useful to use for when I’m short on time. If you were to do this regularly, I would suggest every other day, alternating with some other sort of workout to keep your muscles ‘on their feet’. Hope this helped! 🙂
